How does the matching score work?
Each lead is scored from 0 to 100 against every active listing using seven weighted signals — preferred area, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, property type, and payment method. Only pairs scoring 50 or above are shown, so you focus on real opportunities.
Who can see my listings and leads?
You decide. Every listing and lead has a visibility setting — public, protected (visible to connections), or private. When you connect with another agent, you choose per relationship whether to share listings, leads, or both.
Is it compliant with UAE regulations?
Yes. Public share pages only render listings with a valid, unexpired DLD (Trakheesi) permit, viewing requests are identity-verified, and lead contact details are masked from agents outside the deal.
How are viewings coordinated?
Schedule a viewing and the platform checks both agents' calendars to prevent double-booking. You can propose a slot over WhatsApp; the other agent accepts to confirm it instantly, or reschedules to suggest another time.
