These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agent Circle website and application (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Agent Circle is intended for UAE real-estate professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and, where required, hold a valid RERA / Trakheesi registration to list or co-broke properties. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@agentcircle.ae if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, leads, or credentials.
• Do not misuse another agent’s contact details, leads, or shared content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and RERA / DLD regulations.

4. Listings & co-broking

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant Agent Circle a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. Listings are only made publicly shareable when they carry a valid, unexpired DLD (Trakheesi) permit. Co-broking arrangements, commission splits, and deals agreed between agents are the responsibility of the agents involved; Agent Circle is not a party to those agreements.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Circle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions or agreements between agents or with third parties.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any dispute arising from them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
