Agent Circle (“Agent Circle”, “we”, “us”) operates a co-broking network for UAE real-estate agents. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the Agent Circle application.

1. Information we collect

• Account & profile information — your name, email address, phone number, agency, RERA / Trakheesi credentials, and profile photo.
• Content you create — listings, leads, viewings, offers, messages, and collaboration requests you submit on the platform.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies & similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the platform and your account.
• To enable co-broking — matching listings and leads, and facilitating collaboration between agents.
• To verify identity and RERA / Trakheesi compliance.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. viewing reminders, connection requests, account emails).
• To improve our products, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing & co-broking visibility

Agent Circle is a collaboration network, so some information is shared by design. Your professional profile (name, agency, RERA status) is visible to other agents in the directory. When you connect or co-broke with another agent, the listings and leads you choose to share become visible to them. Lead contact details remain masked from agents outside the deal, and listings only appear on public share pages when they carry a valid, unexpired DLD (Trakheesi) permit.

We also share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, email, and messaging providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and where required to comply with the law.

4. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@agentcircle.ae.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the “last updated” date above will be revised.
